Securely place the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
